I used to be a regular before posting this. Literally thousands of my dollars have been invested to this place on all types of products. I went in for a carb cap and was denied service because my OLDER brother did not have his wallet on him. He wasn't making any purchases, the business transaction was between me and the business, I kindly offered to go drop his a** off at home and come back and was told "it doesn't work that way man.." thanks for that.... This has never been a problem anywhere.... So you're telling me if I go in with my child you will deny me service because he has no id? It's really disappointing to receive this type of treatment when you show a business loyalty.... Told the two working tonight, big build girl with glasses, big build dude with a scruffy beard, Saturday May 14th, 2022, that I'd be taking my business elsewhere, y'all aren't getting anymore of my money..... You can thank them for that.... REVIEW REPLY: "wE dOn'T mAkE ThE rUlEs, BuT wE dO HaVe To FolLoW tHeM." YES... WHICH IS WHY I OFFERED TO RETURN BY MYSELF... customer is willing to waste gas during hard times, return to help comply with the "RuLeS", and I still get turned down. Nice..... I've seen people here that fit a certain demographic, many times, in groups even, and they don't get their ID checked. I used to shop here regularly, I would know... Don't give my review a bogus response if you're not equally applying the "RULES" to everyone at the store. Take your 2 cents back. I don't want them.
