Come on Chipotle - get your stuff together! We decided to try this store one more time. The last few times the food was so far below the quality we've come to expect from one of our favorite places to eat. The last order was so bad I only ate half, my hubby ate a quarter the threw it in the trash. Today's order is not much better. I don't know if it's lack of competent workers or what but I'm sure this will be our last trip.

Every time I go to order online with this stupid restaurant there’s always an issue. My card doesn’t process or it says they are out of something. And YES My card is good. It won’t even take my credit card. I guess they don’t want money. And then when it finally does work my food is super cold and soggy because they don’t make it at the time I need it for. They make it as soon as I order it and leave it there for two hours or longer. This place sucks!

I went to chipotle today and I was ordering my burrito and I asked this lady for extra cheese and she put a tiny pinch with about 5 pieces of cheese in the pinch so I asked for more respectfully and she completely ignores me. Very disrespectful! When someone asks for extra cheese you need to learn what extra means, it’s surely not 5 pieces! And before this I asked for extra rice and she had a attitude for no reason

This place is ridiculous. Nobody is in line right now and they just told us that the 6:20 orders are just being done. It is 6:48!!!!!!!! I don’t know what you need to do to fix your business, but that is not my problem to fix. If I order something online and it’s going to be done 30 minutes late, it should tell me that. Not to arrive on time to wait 30 minutes. This is ridiculous, again and again and again. Don’t go here. Edit - just got my food at 7:23pm. Check the promise date.
