Diane helped me with frame selection and purchase. She was great--genuinely friendly and professional. I would recommend her to others.

The assistant Manager, Amelia, is calm in her volume and tone of voice. However, she is incredibly rude and impatient with customers in word choice and body language. I will not be returning to this location because of her. She inspected the glasses and that should be adequate and if you have quality questions, your clearly wasting her time in asking. Her inspection should be good enough and my questions were a waste time- her words. She also advised that since I purchased the protection plan, if the rayban mirror coating had issues to just use my plan. Well, I should have to pay the deductible for an inferior product from day one. After waiting 20 mins to be helped Amelia didn't even have 5 mins to assist me or the ability to show quality custoler service. She even shoved the glasses case at me in a forceful and exasperated way and let me know there were other customers. 100% unpleasant experience.

Jonathon was very helpful with providing my order of new frames for an updated eyeglasses prescription. This store is a nice facility and has employees that are well informed, efficient and very courteous. I highly recommend them!

Very pleasant experience getting new glasses. Ernesto was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. I’m not normally impressed with the service I get from most places I visit, but today stands out as one of the best. He would be an asset to any company due to his personal engagement and listening skills.

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
