Great book store. Wish they would keep up to date on some of the new chapters on some manga though. The bathrooms need a little more cleaning or else it would have been a 5 star.

My favorite part is always the escalators, it's so fun haha. But everything is neat and easily accessible and I love my cook books and anime woot woot. Recommend to anyone even those who don't like to read, just take an escalator to clear your mind but be safe

Birthday gift so no receipt. Could not even trade in or get credit. Stuck with a book I won't read. Great store so many great books and hodge podge but service rough and that policy sucks. I usually go to the bricks and mortars (B and N 8-10 times a year). Amazon now!

We love, love, LOVE this store. The team members are always helpful. My boys love the added, huge selection of Anime. I wish however being Native American they had a better selection. It's sad that I only viewed about 10 books and in the kids section. When I asked for help, not even the staff could help. This did bother me quite a bit. However she really did try. We can do better. These are YOUR first Nations of the US. We need to help make this better. I also homeschool and would love to see more selections for high school. I do not mind ordering, it would be nice to just have more. We live in St. Joseph, MO. I drive to this location specifically. Much love.
