I always feel that I always get treated differently when I visit this place. I find I am treated in a different …better way when I visit the Shawnee location. I guess I will have to travel further if I want to use this parts store in the future. I think I have my receipts from when I visited there to buy an alternator. They had to order it in as they did not have it in stock. Turns out they were just transferring it from a different store, which would cost me a day, and added a nice bump to the price. I canceled the order with them, and drove over to get the part myself.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never been to an AutoZone where they don't value business and customer service. My boyfriend has a commercial account with AutoZone and has for nearly 10 years and we have never ever experienced anything quite like what we experienced here. We had bought an alternator for my car from his home store but turns out it was advertised wrong on autozones website and I needed the other one. So I called this location bc it said the had it in stock. When I called a man named Anthony answered the phone and I had the part number in hand for him. After I gave him the part number he claims he couldn't find it and needed the details of my car. Anyhow they had it so instead of waiting for it to come on a truck to his home store we drove to this location to pick it up. Upon entering the store we talked to another employee and my boyfriend informed them we were purchasing the alternator on his commercial account. Then "grey shirt" Anthony comes over and says they aren't trained to do commercial and the commercial person went home at only 7pm? So my boyfriend tells him that he can walk him thru it or get his store manager on the phone to assist him. He continues to make excuses of why he can't do his job. So my boyfriend gets his store manager on the phone and he speaks with grey shirt Anthony and Anthony then claims that he doesn't trust this situation and treats us as if we were going to steal the alternator 🙄 So our home store manager then just tells him to transfer it to his store since he apparently can't be taught anything and doesn't care to be. Then Anthony loses the part in the store inventory and has to call our home store manager just to figure out how to transfer it to the store. The entire time Anthony held the part box hostage like we were there to steal when my boyfriend does business with AutoZone all the time. So needless to say grey shirt Anthony did not test the alternator even tho autozone has triple check and when we got the part back to our home store the alternator was faulty 😡 Anthony was rude made excuses for everything and had absolutely no customer service skills. I won't be back this location it is a total embarrassment to AutoZone.

The manager was very rude. She had me wait 15 minutes while she helped a customer. I asked her if someone could help me and she said I don't if I have someone maybe someone in commercial. The guy helped me out. The price was higher online then in store. When I asked about it he said you will have to talk to my manager. She came over had a attitude and was very rude about how she can't proce match. Told me order online and have it sent here nothing I can do and she walked off rude as hell. The employee helping me told me he was very sorry she is just like that. I don't think a Manger should have a position that she can not organize to help customers instead of them waiting. Plus she needs to also be more respectful instead of being rude and having attitudes. I never shopped at this store and had this much bad experience over the years. The employee that helped me name is Salvador. He was very helpful went above and beyond for me. Another employee Byron hoskin also helped me and he was very helpful even gave me a discount. One of these two should be the manager. The lady manager did not help at all after that she was too busy to care about a customer.
