It has its good days and its bad. Usually find something I can't live without. There are few staff I look forward to seeing for a smile. The prices can be a big high frequently. Used stuff shouldnt be as high as new. Usually clean & plenty of staff. Some look like they are not at their dream job and some are full of smiles. Its hit or miss but I keep returning so all in all not to bad. 😉

Unfortunately Value Village has gone downhill from what it used to be. Im thankful they're around, but disappointed in the increasingly high prices. A lot of the items, I'd rather go to Walmart and buy brand new, than the high Value Village prices. 50% off tags, are a great thing to keep an eye out for.

It's nice to see corporate America get free used stuff and then charge retail prices for it. I don't know who does the prices at this thrift shop, but they've lost their minds. I saw multiple products that upon googling were actually cheaper to buy new. I won't be shopping or donating here anymore. There are better options in the valley. Let's let Value Village and Goodwill price themselves out of business.

My rating is not for the store or employees themselves, rather for the corporate policy that not only took away the dressing rooms but also only allow exchanges for purchased clothing items, NOT refunds, NOT in-store credit, literally just like-for-like exchange. So you cannot try on clothing, and if you buy items and they don’t fit, you had better hope that there is something else in the store that you like that will fit better, you won’t know if it does until you get home to try it on though…. I feel SO SORRY for your employees that not only have to tell this policy to the public shopping there but also have to deal with the public’s immediate response to such an unaccommodating policy. I have always really liked this store, but using Covid as an excuse to remove dressing rooms is ridiculous(while many employees and most shoppers don’t wear masks anyway) and until I hear that the dressing rooms have become available again I don’t plan on shopping there anymore, I am grateful that there is a Goodwill in town now, where I can try on clothing before I purchase it. I know I am just one person, but it seems likely that others may feel the same.

When is senior day and the 50% off sale ?
Most places its after Memorial Day, but it might be earlier.
It is a corporately owned store to the best of my knowledge. Not a franchise of any kind. Savers, Inc is the corporate parent company.
Agreed I would go to the website for more info, good luck!
I think they were staying closed
For Summer hours, yes. 9am-10pm Monday-Saturday. 11am-8pm Sundays.
