ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACES IVE HAVE WORKED AT YET. Greg, the branch manager, is awesome and he is the only reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1...The first week in the office, I was told to come in and I would get dispatched to a job; I sat in that office everyday of that week without any work, while guys who would come in drunk, high, or not prepared and missing all their gear wpuld get sent out immediately. The agency play's favorites with who they want to send out. I am halfway through my Mechanical Engineering degree and it is ashame that a man of my stature cannot find employment there... So much so that today, I have to go to a different agency just to secure work. Also, frankie has an issue with removing people from job tickets that they have already accepted in the app and verified, causimg negative impact on your performance history because it looks as if you were negatively removed. I went to this local People Ready this morning and received a ticket job on the first day. Greg was awesome about getting me updated in the system. I would recommend this place for anyone who is a good worker and doesn't mind a little hard work! #daylabor #getpaidtoworkout

Put me on a weekly ticket a week in advance telling me it would last til the end of the year. The day before i start they cancelled the weekend ticket but tell me im good for monday. I show up to the job Monday morning and the company is telling people "come back tomorrow". I call people ready and they tell me they will let me know if there's work for the rest of the week. 5 minutes after i get off the phone they cancel my 5 day ticket. I talk to a supervisor named craig or greg i cant remember exactly but he was a total narcissist like most if their staff. Completely ignored the fact that i was told the ticket would last til the end of the year and that dude took me off the ticket. Worst company ever

You can fill out a application online or go into the office M-Thurs at 10am to fill out application on 1of 3 laptops. You can only go so far in the application process online before it tells you to report to office to fill out 2nd portion of application which is a questionnaire asking how you would act in a hostile situation with a employer. I've been working for People Ready since 4/9/2019. Any problems come in and see Frankie or Brian, the staff here go above and beyond to help out.

Most jobs pay out daily, only a few pay on weekly basis. Come in in! We accept application from 9:00AM to 10:45 AM Monday through Thursday. Most people bring a valid photo ID and Social Security Card and or Birth Certificate.

It's best to arrive clean and ready to work anywhere they dispatch you indoors or outdoors. I show up in jeans or Dickies and a black dry fit shirt wearing sneakers with steel toe boots on the ready. Full PPE's if you have them. Gloves, hard hat, glasses and vest if you own them if not it they'll provide them when the job requires it.
