Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.. the dog bath is awesome.. clean and they provide everything.. for $9.99.. my dog loves to go In as everyone pets her and loves on her. The selection of merchandise is nice.. if u can't find something in that store..u will likely never find it.

did my daily shopping per usual and as always, never dissapointed. even tho you cant see thier faces due to the masks you can tell ALL smiles. Marcy is so wonderful and informative. actually they ALL are. Maria, Sandra and Lawton you guys ROCK!! always pleasant and such a hard working crew!! the store is always clean and the animals are always so well kempt. I could honestly go on. so many great things to say about this specific location and staff but im running outta room! rock on guys and thank you for always giving me such a wonderful experience!

Always love and support this store but for close to two years now the checkout process always takes forever. The cashiers never scan the items and put them in a bag when done, they just scan and leave on their counter which had and could cause them to scan one item twice. Also any items on sale has to be taken off the total by the store manager and it always takes a long time for the manager to come up to the register. Then for some reason it takes so much time for each item on sale to have the correct percentage taken off the price and I would think the store would have come up with a better system or buy a a better system so it doesn't take 30 minutes to check out. Besides that all the staff are very nice and helpful.
