Dropped our track loader off on a Monday after talking with them on the phone that we needed it back by the end of the week. The following Tuesday I contacted as I had heard nothing. Was told would get on it that day. By Friday had heard nothing again. Contacted and they said it’s done. Asked how much it was and they had no idea. Didn’t know until we picked it up. We picked it up and it was leaking hydraulic fluid where it was not when we dropped it off. Just had another mechanic check it out and 2 of the hoses were never tightened. I won’t ever be doing business with Flagler again.
