I and family just moved from California and my twins need their hair done. I had Marissa, the manager done my son hair. She was very unhappy and rough when cutting and style my son’s hair. I tried to gave input and requested to style his hair, she was so impolite and rude. My son was scare with the way she treated him. It was a unpleasant experience. I had to ask help for another employee, Lynnette to fix his hair. Before we left, I mentioned her anger attitude, she even not look at me, and said “I did not angry.” What a bad customer service. I hope the owner of this company read this and do revitalization by increasing the ability of the employees customer service skills.
