I am so happy to let you know that on August 1st 2021 my husband Michael and I will be living at Roxalana Hills Apartments for 10 years! We love it here! Three years ago my daughter moved in with us and she loves it too! Roxalana Hills has the best staff of anywhere we have lived over the past twenty years! In most cases maintenance requests are completed the same day. The office and housekeeping staff are awesome . So if you looking for the best place to live in in WV come check us out!

I have been living here almost 24 years with my family, this is an amazing and best place to live in Charleston with family which has all kind of facilities such gym, tennis ball court, racquetball courts, basketball court, car wash, etc., and also very safe and secured and never had any incident. Moreover, management staff is very professional, cooperative, and efficient. Maintenance crew is well trained, very polite, and get service done properly and efficiently in timely fashion whenever is needed. My entire family is very happy for living here and make strong recommendations for others to choose Roxalana apartments.

Ok so I definitely wanted to be able to get pictures in here because the apartment pictures/description online do not do this place justice. We applied to live here and were only able to preview a 1br which was fine it was actually pretty large so we were pleased enough to go ahead and sign for a 2br without viewing. We came from a house we were renting so everyone thought we were crazy but we needed upgrades, more closets and amenities! (We just aren’t ready to commit to a home yet.) This place is amazing for us! 2 adults and 1 - 8year old we have plenty of space. We have total 7 closet areas. Which was top of the list for moving. Moving in the home was fresh paint new carpet everything was CLEAN as if it were new and just what we needed. A fresh new place to call home. The buildings are very private and quiet. We have a large outdoor space and plenty of community areas to hang out in. This space is very open concept it makes for a great kid friendly area they are able to eat and do homework in the common area and still be in view of everything. It allows for more a more structured environment. Overall we love this space is cozy, spacious, and just convenient all around wether it be convenient places in our neighborhood or convenient trips to the store and local places. We are excited to call this our home!

I absolutely love living at Roxalana Hills Apartments! I have lived here almost 4 years. Everyone who works in the office are always so friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are prompt and just amazing! I recently had a couple issues that needed attention and the gentleman (Justin) that came to do the repairs did a great job! If you are looking for a place to live, I highly recommend checking out Roxalana Hills Apartments. You won't be disappointed.
