I’ve lived here over 4 years now. The apartments are small if you have more than one person living there, but over all great for the price of rent. The location is wonderful. No loud traffic or loud neighbors. Robbie is extremely kind and understanding and does his best to take care of his tenants. There are some grumpy older neighbors but for the most part you’re left alone with no issues and most neighbors you can trust to not touch your stuff or to help you in times of need. Every time I’ve had a need or concern Robbie or his mom have both been very prompt and helpful. I’m so thankful I found these apartments when I moved here from Tennessee. The fact that they don’t have a weight restriction on pets sealed the deal for me. My golden retriever has lived here with me since she was a puppy and she loves her home! She definitely would have exceeded the 25lb weight limit anywhere else that’s for sure! If you’re thinking about moving here, you should!
