Soooo sloooowwwww! I'm not faulting the employees, since they are doing their best while understaffed. I blame Wendy's themselves for failure to hire new people. This has been going on for far too long now. Raise the pay, perhaps? Give benefits? Make people want to apply? Until then, I refuse to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I can go through the Mcdonald line 3-4 times within that 30 minute wait at Wendy's. Rediculous. Fast food, huh? Not here!

First off how do you mess up an order when your the only one in the drive thru. Order a double baconator, and a few other things, receipt says double baconator, get home open it and it's a double cheeseburger with lett, Tom, onion, pickels, and mayo. Far cry from a double baconator! Very disappointing

Menu clearly shows $5 biggie bag with bacon double stack but I'm told "they changed it" and they told me they (the manager) won't give it to me. Well.mayve you should change your menu.... Hope the 25 cents you saved yourself was worth the 1 star review

Wait time is incredibly long but I can understand that due to lack of employees and understaffing. But what I really don’t get is having your customers wait at the speaker box for 5+ minutes while you tend to the other two cars waiting to pay and get their food. New management needs to be a priority for this location especially with the high demand traffic in the area I got home to eat my meal and the buns where hard as a rock. Food was not made to order and cold. I’m just disappointed. There’s not much to choose from to eat out quickly and this location will no longer be an option for me
