I can't order online from this location. It says I'm "out of their range". This location is 0.1 miles closer than the one in Marysville. I am literally in between these two locations but out of range from both for ordering online. Seriously, if you drew a straight line between the two locations and put a dot in the middle, I could hit that dot with a rock. No, I'm not calling in my order. There are other options that aren't so difficult. I love their pizza but even emails to the parent company haven't extended their range to include me. They won't tell me what the range is either, just that im not in it. Oh well, if they ever learn that Canadian bacon isn't supposed to be long square strips I might make the effort to call in an order and see if they'll deliver.

A lot of reviewers seem to get their orders wrong, but I (luckily?) have not experienced that. I always pick it up myself and it's always decent. They always have deals on their app too, so it's never super expensive.

We asked if we could order a “specific shape” of pizza for a bachelorette party (I’m sure you know where I’m going with this) and they say yes. They gave us the price amount, we gave the delivery address, and all that good stuff. The pizza never showed up and they never contacted us further. I’m fine if they don’t want to make a special order pizza. I just wish they hadn’t agreed to it and then stood us up! Now it’s 11:36pm and we have no pizza. 😒

Love Papa John’s pizza! Most times quality is great, sometimes not so much! But not not enough to keep us from coming back. Lol
