I send 2 packages, one local and one international.The local one was delivered however it has been two months and international one NEVER got to the destination. I was told that for that one there is NO tracking number....Still wonder what happened to my package that was droped off on January 9th...??????

I called because of a package that said it was delivered but never was and was put on hold immediately which I was ok with because i figured theyd be busy. But, then the woman asked for my zip and put me on hold and didnt tell me anything besides hold on, had no idea if they were transferring me or she was looking up something, waited a good amount and hung up. Called again and the woman told me i was on hold to speak to the supervisor and hes very busy, but no one told me why i was on hold in the first place. Iwould have gladly waited knowing why i was on hold for a while. When i spoke to the supervisor he kept telling me my tracking number was wrong and how am i tracking it if he cant find it. Kept asking if it was from Fedex and i kepy saying no. Had to tell him I was on the USPS official site. Then he calls the carrier and says it was "misdelivered" . the mail woman comes back to give me my package and just says "i forgot to hand you this" no apology whatsover. I understand this would be a very busy place but everything seemed extremely unorganized.

Seriously terrible customer service. This is the second time I've had a package stop receiving updates as to its status past its stated expected delivery date. The last time it happened, the package was just sitting there and it was my call that prompted it to be located and shipped to the next destination. The package ended up being much later than when it was needed, so when I saw it happening again this time, I attempted to preempt it by calling as soon as possible. Not only could I absolutely not get through to a live person when I called the main customer support line, but when I tried to resolve it at the local level, the representative refused to even look into it and told me to "trust that the package will arrive on time," even though it is already past the expected delivery time it stated on its online tracking AND the updates as to its whereabouts stopped two days ago. This poor of customer service for such a crucial service is ridiculous. Use a different company for your shipping needs if you want them to actually try to deliver on what you pay for.

Depends on how carrier handles situation and your response. Your response is everything. If you blame carrier expect bad things for you and the dog.
