This place is terrible!! I took my two year old son to get a haircut and of course he started crying and not liking it but instead of being a professional and trying to distract him from it the girl just gets irritated and starts acting like she didn’t want to do it so he only got half a haircut and they still charged me full price will never go again

My experience was really good. I was actually 5 minutes late getting to my appointment but Riley was very patient and understanding. She was even patient as I tried to describe how I wanted my hair and I am very difficult in that regard. On top of all of that she was nice and again patient even though it was about 15 minutes to closing. I didn't feel rushed at all.

I went to get the ends trimmed and get my hair thinned out on 9/26/20. Riley Cut my hair and she was friendly, but she gapped my hair up so bad! And I couldn’t tell when I left because it was still wet. Even trying to curl it you can see how bad it is messed up. I’m really disappointed in it. With my job I have to make it look professional since I work for a lawfirm, I can’t just throw it up. Now I have no choice but to keep it up and the one day I did have it down, everyone noticed how bad it was messed up.

Have had good experiences in the past with Ms Cindy Hester love her work. Was told to make appointment for faster service so I did. I was not the case at all it was still first come first serve. Which I did say that it did me no good to make one. Should have not said it. I got the worst hair cut ever. I have a very short hair cut. I left with twiggs sticking up in back, and when I complained was told that that was the way it was when you got a short hair cut. Mind you I've had it cut this way for over a year now. Needless to say I will not be back. Left in tears. I'm in your computer as Kimberly Grisham. I'm sorry that I didn't wait for Ms Hester .
