Property needs major attention, outside material falling off at entrance, building has moss growing on it. The sign out front says continental breakfast but there was nothing. They do not communicate about their pet policy. No signs posted. I have been staying there for 20 years. With the new owners its changed. The lady is rude and demanding. Charged our card without our approval. Will never stay there again Sad I was born in the town and have family and friends living there.

My wife and I stay almost every week. It's our Date night. Quiet clean and very friendly. I love the owners and recommend this place to responsible customers.

WE STAYED @ THE HERITAGE INN FOR OVER 3 WEEKS IN MARCH 2022, HAVING TO GET NEW FLOORS IN MY HOME. MR & MRS PATEL AND FAMILY ARE AMAZING AND SOO FRIENDLY. ANYTHING WE NEEDED JUST LET THEM KNOW AND THEY WOULD GET IT TAKEN CARE OF. ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND NICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HERITAGE INN TO EVERYONE!! THEY ARE THE BEST

The room was clean and the heater worked good with little noise. The staff acted like you were an imposition to them. I went to the office to get coffee for day 2 and they said I don't have any up here but I will bring you some. They never came. Not friendly at all.
