Very nice from start to finish, explained all the rental rules. Would rent from them again. The deposit was a bit high. $400, on top of the rental cost, but it was refunded after returning the car. If not for the $400, I would have given a 5 star, the staff is great. The Toyota Camry was a great ride as well.

If I could give them negative stars I would. WARNING!! Do not do business with enterprise especially this location - it will be nothing but a headache. There cars are junk literally junk! They’re extremely rude and unprofessional!! They don’t care about the customers they only care about taking your money. Run away from this place.

I rented a Jeep Cherokee from this location for a family vacation in North Carolina. I had made reservations MONTHS prior with a different rental company (B****t) that was pure hell. Had me drive back and forth between two different states until I eventually cancelled my reservations due to them having no cars available. I called Justin at the Bellmawr location and he was SUPER helpful. He was able to get me into a SUV immediately after wasting 4 hours with another company. His customer service is superb. I got their and checked in with Mike, the manager. Super cool, went over everything quickly and thoroughly so I could get on the road immediately. These two guys helped me tremendously and I can not thank them enough ! They are definitely my go to guys now whenever I need a rental ! 11/10 would definitely recommend!!
