We had the best time at Hearts! The food is delicious, fresh, and unlike anything else I’ve seen in Nashville. The staff was friendly, funny, and created a wonderful experience. Run, don’t walk, for the twice baked French toast. Trust me, you won’t regret it☺️

Cute brunch spot happens to be near a lot of local favorites like Tail Gate brewery. Took a chance on the Turkish eggs, the forgotten brunch stepsister of avocado toast and loved it! Whole wheat toast came lightly buttered and eggs were cooked to perfection. Wish there was more of that tangy mayo sauce. Banana hotcakes were cooked, layered flavors with small bits of banana and shredded coconut in the pancakes. Capri? spritz with passion fruit was good as well, nice variety of drinks to choose from. Outdoor seating was not bad even on a hot 90 degree day surprisingly.

Overall, I think this was a solid spot. I can't say I absolutely loved it but it is a place I would go to again. First, the ambiance is excellent. I do like the indoor space and the super spacious outdoor space. Second, the food was solid. The sausage roll item they have is incredible and is one that I absolutely recommend getting. Also got the godmother and another pastry, and those were good but not as memorable.

I love the location and atmosphere of the place. Huge windows bring in a ton of sunlight and the ambience is colorful and welcoming. Hearts has a pretty good selection of food. Their godmother breakfast sandwich is eggs and bacon on an actual bun. It’s pretty good. They have an everything danish which is essentially an everything bagel with cream cheese when you taste it. The real star is their sausage rolls. I’m glad I read other reviews saying to get it. This is exactly like a meatloaf in a puff pastry. And then it’s served with a really nice marmalade (maybe orange?). The meat is exciting as each bite may have a different composition of fat, meat, and veggies. Use a knife and fork for sure. You can then slather a little bit of the marmalade on top to give the savory, salty, fatty entree a sweet flavor. It’s an incredible juxtaposition of flavors.
