My first visit in years, came in for front suspension inspection,..after the mechanic drive test, found balls joints / cushion rods bad condition.. Also, oil leak found slashed under engine area, requiring a top and bottom engine wash to identify exact location.. I agreed to both and took a seat inside waiting area, 30 to 45 min later , am asked whar i wanted done....WHAT?..I THOUGHT I MADE IT CLEAR ! What I wanted done. Big Communication problem , not listening .

My husband and I took our 2005 Ford Focus to Savas and they told us EVERYTHING what was wrong with the our car right away my husband didn’t have to do anything which was a relieve for him. Went in to buy Honda rims the guy seems helpful. Until I told him I didn't want to install and I didn't want either I just need the rim. So the guy says oh I don't have nothing in stock all of a sudden didn't have anything. Why have the rims sitting on the shelf just cuz I didn't want to give him an extra 500 I don't need your tires horrible customer service told me he can have them in 2 weeks what kind of location is so then I asked you have anything in stock replied no if you just want the rims it's not the place to go
