Sad state of retail today…just a few elusive workers in there tonight. Maybe 10-12 cars in the lot. Staff appears to have zero enthusiasm for their jobs or the customers who ultimately pay them. Zilch. I guess it’s a generational thing. Nevertheless, a deflating, yet typical experience. It’s this way in most all of these big box stores nowadays. I eventually gave up on looking, waiting for help, and being ignored…finally just left. I’ll just get it online… Amazon or some other online bulldozer who wants our business more will eventually crush them. Just a matter of time. Sad. I liked going to stores.

I have to contact Lowes frequently for work and NO one ever answers the phone. When the call is taken, you're transferred or completely disconnected. HORRIBLE - I'm convinced at this point that they put the phone at the lowest volume so that they don't even know that the phone is ringing. NO POINT IN CALLING EVER - YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Since writing this review the phone has rung at least 50 times.

I was looking for two headlamps on sale. I couldn't find where they were in this spacious store. Unfortunately the location of the website wasn't correct. I asked the clerk without expectations. The four of them took turns to share information with each other and searched all over the place, and eventually found my stuff. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else. I was deeply impressed by your help. Thank you.

Here are some appliances with prices in them that you cannot buy. Instead of putting SOLD on these items, they will leave them out with prices on them and ask you to put your name on a list that is a handwritten scrap of paper and stuffed it under the keyboard. There is definitely a lack of leadership and communication here. Both employees were very helpful but nothing they can do with this consumer ignorant system in place. Lowes definitely made me feel like they value their time more than mine. I'll order from Costco instead.

The time changing recently should be NO excuse for inefficiency. You already know inefficiency may be this generation's "battle cry" !! I experience SATISFYING INTERACTION being met by interrupting someone's life.

Wear a mask and stay 6 ft away from each other. They have Plexiglas up at registers and paint area
