Great selection and helpful staff. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, a Giorgio Armani scent for her. However, I was struggling to navigate the perfume department, someone helped me find the scent with ease. In addition, they have many great travel size items at the front.

I am really not one to complain because I’ve also worked within the customer service industry for 8+ Years but for some reason the last few times I’ve been to this location there has only been two older women working which leads to people walking out from waiting in line too long. I’m not blaming them because I’m sure it’s just a small error in under staffing but when I came in today around 545 both women left the counter leaving about 3 out of the 8 people in line to leave the store.

I had a hair color/ glaze done by Lilly and I couldn’t be happier with it ! She took time to really understand what I was looking for and my hair looked so shiny and the color was as perfect ! She’s also such a sweetheart !

i came in to do a return and she cashier gave me store credit (which is fine) and when she was done i asked if i could purchase a gift card with my other gift cards (so i didn't have to carry around 5 different gift cards) and the manager stepped in and rudely said i couldn't do that. i asked why not since i worked at ulta for 3 years and people did that all the time. she was so rude and said i couldn't purchase a gift card. i am so tired of northern virginians, yall are so rude for no reason and love to make everyone life's hard. get a grip.
