Dena was great. My girlfriend got to the place 5 minutes before the office was closing and she was very attentive and guided her through the process of setting a new account and finding the right storage size. We are grateful because she helped us despite having to stay past her own schedule.

I wanted to say thank you to public storage for giving a very unhappy customer a 180° turn around. I appreciate management's concern and dedication to their customers. My onlysuggestion would be for the gates to be open a bit later seeing as how i live so far away. Thanks again for your help
