I ordered a cake online yesterday for today 4/6. I went in the store and there was no cake for me. I opened my confirmation and I immediately started having a panic attack. I had made the order for 4/7. The ladies saw my tears and came to me rescue! There was a new lady that felt so bad for me, she tried to help me find an alternative. I needed the cake for my daughter's daycare. The cake decorator came out and said she could have it ready in a hour. I didn't have much time because the kids were getting restless. I said I would still take the cake for 4/7 but looked for a ready made cake just to have for the daycare. She came back and said give her 30 minutes. They turned a rough day into a bright one! I work 3rd shift and seeing my daughter before work and getting the cake she wanted meant so much to us both!Thank you to Publix bakery at McAlister Square!

Ordered appetizer platters and cakes from this Publix bakery for my wedding cocktail hour. Everything was immaculate. I highly recommend. The brie and cracker platter, olives and cheese platter, veggie pinwheels, turkey Hawaiian roll sliders, peti fours, fruit, and croissant platters were all so delicious. The guests were so full and happy and so many asked where I got the food made.

This store is always well lit, clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The deli section is the best! Wide selection of most specialty cheeses and spreads and the sandwhiches are delicious- beat subway and firehouse by a mile. Use the app to order your sandwhich- so easy and convenient. Wish the produce section was bigger
