Tranquility RV & Campground by far is the best and most realistic camping experience of anywhere my grandson and I have camped to date. The owners Ms.Ruth and Mr. Dewey are so nice , friendly and helpful . We camped 8 days and 7 nights and our experience could not have been any better. It is located centrally to anything you could want or do. Places to eat , shop hike , swim , fish , etc. The camp grounds bathroom and bath house are clean and well kept. Also there is alot of space between the campsites and each site has electric and water , fire ring, picnic table.the campground has a dump station also. My Grandson and I had a perfect vacation and will definitely be coming back here as often as we can. They showed care and attention to my grandson and myself and treated us as family. I feel we have made a lifetime friendship and this place is definitely tranquil and peaceful . Paul & Satori

We love this place. Sites have plenty of space. Beautiful trees. Owner is nice and helpful. This is really a low stress campground. We will be back.

Beautiful campground and lovely owners! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. They saved our vacation. We had a bad experience at a nearby campground in Fort Payne. We decided to move here instead of going home early. Thank goodness we did. We had a great time relaxing at the campground and engaging in nearby activities. I cannot speak highly enough about the owners. They were so friendly and accommodating! I didn’t want to leave and I would definitely go back.

Absolutely loved our stay. The rv spots were awesome, with plenty of room between spots (we stayed at 4, I think its the best) Tent spots looked great too! There is a nice little bathhouse with a few shower/bath rooms (loved for privacy) and a stalled restroom. The lake/pond is beautiful with a large fire ring and a nice trail around the lake. I saw several black berry bushes and muscadine vines starting to sprout. The location is perfect for visiting desoto park, falls, or Mentone. Everyone I interacted with was super nice too.
