They got every single part of the order wrong except for the two drinks. The food that was given, even though it was wrong to begin with was some of the worst chicken. It tasted like it had been fried with dirt and even if you took all the fried parts off the chicken inside was dry. Tried to call the store to discuss the problems but no one answered the phone. They were also out of all dipping sauces except for bbq. I have had small issues with orders from this store before but to get 98% of the order wrong and to serve what they did made it so I won’t be back.

Awful awful awful food. I threw it away after one bite because I couldn’t eat it. They were out of just about everything but I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Normally they have a slight kick but not extreme. They put SO much hot sauce on there that I couldn’t eat it. I would rather eat a habanero pepper than that sandwich. My husband ordered a regular fish sandwich and they had it dripping in hot sauce too. We threw it all away and went next door.

Line is always long- not sure if they’re understaffed or receive high volumes of never ending customers but the inside should be open. Corporate needs to redesign the drive-thru and analyze their daily output, because I’m sure they serve over 1,000 customers per day at this particular location.Judging by the now hiring sign and one person taking orders/making them, more staff are needed which means they need to be paid a livable wage. They desperately need two lanes for pretty much every location in Douglasville. Never returning Popeyes again due to cooperate being greedy and cheap. It’s sad but not surprising all fast food places in Atlanta seem to be faster than ones in this area.

I bought the worst takeout chicken meal from this location that I have ever had. The chicken was dry and rubbery, had no flavor and was cooked very hard. The coleslaw looked old and had no fresh taste. The biscuits were also hard. The only thing that was good was the honey, and I think that was only because it was in a packet. I will never order from this location again. And for the money I had to be pay for the meal this was especially upsetting.
