We bought a new washer from the Lowes in Kimball TN, it broke down in 2 weeks after purchase, whirlpool and lowes are dragging there feet to get it repaired, we have been having to wash clothes in the bathtub, I'll will never buy another from that Lowes, i talked to the manager at the Fort Oglethorpe location and he said if I would have bought it from him he would replace it, better check out the return policy before you buy an appliance from the Lowes in Kimball

Quick Answer - Kimball Lowes is well stocked, with very helpful staff and when it matters they are on your side. The rest of the story. Like so many of us in these past few years, we’ve been doing a lot of home improvements on our own. We’ve spent countless hours roaming the aisles at our local Kimball Lowes. This is a well stocked and staffed store. When purchasing lawn equipment a staff member took the time to review each product. When we purchased a grill the staff reviewed some of the challenges in assembly and it saved us time. When we were struggling with a popcorn ceiling, a staff member gave us great tips. But the real display of support is when you run into a struggle out of your hands. That’s what happened recently when we purchased a washing machine. Suffice it to say, there was a big miscommunication about delivery and when I brought this problem to store manager Joe’s attention, he listened. That in itself had to be a burden as I was more than a little irate. Joe took the kind of action that you hope for, it was like a movie and he was the hero. He addressed the delivery issue, he informed me who to speak with the day of, he made sure that staff members who needed additional training received it, and he assured me that the delivery company would be be held responsible. He shook my hand and thanked me for being a valued customer and asked me to come back. We will be back, when it’s easy it’s easy, when it’s hard and you make it easy - that’s special.

What at first appeared to be an unfortunate purchase (product - cabinet - was missing shelves), though when I returned to the store expecting to find some fine print of "sold separately" or similar - to my pleasant surprise I found that the components were indeed missing but supposed to be included with the purchase. A sales associate Andy Brown responded to assist me in a very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner. Not only did he determine that my product was missing parts, he was able to locate the components that should have accompanied my purchase. I was more than grateful to have the quality of product I thought I had purchased, but was impressed with the expediency and determination displayed and left with the feeling that this is how it is supposed to be but seldom appears in reality. Thank you Andy and thank you Joe Robertson store manager for promoting such an atmosphere in this location that I find to be unmatched.

Time zones are generally commonly understood. This is not lowes fault at all.
The people who work at lowes are human beings with families they want to see on Easter. Have some empathy.
