Definitely one of my favorites! The filet mignon chef’s special was delicious paired with their summer wine tasting. Also had the Bohemian martini which was refreshing.

Brought my elderly mother in for a nice lunch. We sat at the bar because the high-top chairs were easier for her to get in an out of. Service was prompt, friendly, and professional. Atmosphere was quiet enough for good conversation. We ordered a ribeye steak sandwich and a tenderloin sliders. Both steak sandwiches were very good!

We dipped into The Capital Grille -UTC Mall for a celebratory drink. And I have to say… they made me feel as special as ever, even just in the bar. Allison couldn’t have been more attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. She overheard us talking about how my friend and I passed an important test and surprised us with a congratulations dessert plate! We loved the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks and delicious champagne (with raspberries!). Todd (the Manager) stopped by just to check-in. I’m always impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail they show in a million little ways. We can’t wait to return for our next celebration- big or small.

I just LOVE coming to Capital Grille! The service is always excellent , staff very well attentive and the experience is always consistent . My go to is a bowl of the clam chowder…. It’s seriously the best! The crab cakes with corn salsa are pretty incredible as well as the french onion soup. This restaurant is in rotation for us so we come quite often. Never a poor experience!

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Lunch provides the same incredible service and great food at a lower price. The Capital Grille is by far the best restaurant in the university area in terms of quality and service.
I wore a polo style shirt and khaki pants and was middle of the road. Most wear professional casual, some wear shorts and t-shirts
All sides are a shared table item. In other words, when you order your dinner, you order a side dish for the table to share. The food is excellent there, you can't go wrong with anything you order.
