I absolutely LOVE this target! The service is amazing! In the 31 years I’ve lived here, I have only run into 2 issues and surprisingly each time the same friendly customer service rep helped me and made the experience enjoyable! Love Target, Mostly Do Online Orders & Delivered Due to Disability, But if Having a Good Day and Not in Lots of Pain, Will Walk Around Store with Cart for Support, Check Out at Register, if I Need Help with Products They Are More Than Willing to Assist. Never Have a Problem with Target, Should I Have Questions or Assistance While Shopping They Have Phones on Walls in Separate Locations and an Associate Will Appear. However I Wish to Shop, Target Has Made it Easy for Everyone.

No, it wasn't good customer service, but it has been my experience with a lot of businesses that phone calls are sometimes delayed or forgotten when the sales person is helping in store customers. I sometimes ask for a manager. Seems to work for me.
No they have only a machine that you can print pictures off of Facebook or your phone that's it but they do not have a fully function photo lab
