This store has gotten so dirty and smells like urine as soon as you open the door. Floors are so filthy, and employees are rude. Been shopping here for years but not anymore.

Horribly ran store. Sign on the door very largely advertised Holiday hours as open till 10pm November 27th till December 23rd. Show up on December 1st at 7:30pm and they are closed. False advertising at its finest. Will avoid this store from here on out.

I bought a box fan at this location and when I got it home and plugged it in it had a crack along the back and wobbled when on. I had my receipt and went to return it and KARL the store manager was already in a crappy mood because he had a bunch of people in line wanting to check out and he obviously didn't want to be there. I waited my turn and he immediately told me, before I could get a word out, that I don't get a refund, even with a receipt of purchase dated from the day before, because it FD policy not to do returns, only exchanges. I didn't want another crappy fan, I wanted my money back and he refused. So I got another crappy fan in exchange, because KARL said so.. Well I get home, and plug in the new crappy fan and find that it doesn't work either.. I will just as soon eat the $18, than go back to this or any other FD store for another exchange.. Your products are shoddy and FD Corp. does not stand behind their product and the store manager KARL is extremely rude..
