I’ve been coming here since this Dunkin’ opened. I loved the original staff they had. The store was clean and the staff was awesome great customer service. The orders were never wrong and the wait was maybe 10 minutes max. Now this place completely gross, they don’t care, you can tell they are just there for a paycheck. The coffee is never made right, if you want more than just sugar and cream you are a joke to them. They have the attitude that this isn’t Starbucks so don’t customize your drink and will laugh in your face when you do. This Dunkin is the worst.

Most of the workers act like the customers are an inconvenience, my order is wrong more than half the time, and I ALWAYS wait 20+ minutes for my order even if there’s only two cars in front of me. What is going on? Editing to add now every time I order a breakfast sandwich I get raw bacon since my complaint. Im done with Dunkin’. This is more than poor service it’s poor food quality.

The Dunkin is usually very busy in the morning, with the average drive-thru time between 8 and 12 minutes if there is a line. They made my drink wrong the last 2 times i went through the line so i decided to go in. Inside isnt normally too bad but i recently went there and waiting 10 minutes before i could place my order but the drink was perfect. The staff is always friendly!

Went for a breakfast bit and also had a ice coffee. I ordered a pumpkin spice iced coffee but didn't get a good service. Any other Dunkin I have an awesome time. Food was good but the service was horrible idk why but guess everyone has bad days...
