I used to think that the brand could overcome poor store culture…I stand corrected…if you have another alternative you should take it. Poor engagement, even less sense of urgency. I must say at least you all find it funny that so many people are waiting longer for fast food than you would a great steak.

I really enjoy Chipotle’s bowls. Unfortunately, they are unbelievably unorganized. I did a pickup order through Grubhub. When I got there, my food was not even close to being ready. I was told it would be started immediately. I came back in 10 minutes later to check on it. I was asked if some adjustments could be made since they ran out of certain things and that my food would be made immediately. I came back 15 minutes later and nobody has still yet to make my food. I was literally watching people walk in and have their food be made right then and there. I was forgotten about more than 3 times, I was very patient with them, I agreed to an order being adjusted ( a burrito turned into a bowl), and when I got home my order was completely wrong!!!! Other online orders were waiting for their food a long time too. Priory goes to those that walk in, unfortunately, we all cannot have that luxury especially when you are hoping to pick dinner up after work. Also, they leave A LOT of fluid at the bottom of the bowls which leak through and makes the bottom of the bag wet and food can easily fall through. I saw management running Across the parking lot from a different store. They weren’t even present. Staff was overwhelmed.

🅄🄿🄳🄰🅃🄴: May 2022 Dirty tables with crumbs and smeared sauce (or whatever it was) on tables. Even had pieces of corn just sitting randomly on the table from someone's bowl that was never cleaned up. Dirty drink rings and food on the floor. Health code violations for sure imo. Soda fountain area was a mess with the table top being sticky with trash over it. Unbelievable they don't think this is an issue. The employees are decent and friendly. However the guest I was with said they wanted the dip with the chips they bought but they resold them chips and dip again. About $5 for both but under $2 for just chips. Crazy mark-up for just the dip $3 The meals were okay, nothing to write about. I'm keeping the review level the same because they continue to go nowhere here. Nothing has changed in months. Still dirty, but they may actually have more selections now. Before they would just say we are out of that etc. The worse thing here STILL is if you decide to eat inside the background music is annoyingly loud. It so darn loud you have to talk louder to talk to whoever you came with, and they are just on the other side of the table. 🄾🅁🄸🄶🄽🄰🄻 🅁🄴🅅🄸🄴🅆 I'm not sure the management team here looks at the reviews. So many people are having the same issue. I get it lunch time is busy. But if you know that each day is busy shouldn't you prepare for the lunch rush? Running out of specific foods during rush and not replacing it is kinda unacceptable. Plus not only is the place loud during this time it's even louder because of blast of music being played. At least the food is as expected. That is for the food that was available. I'll still stop by if I'm in the area. But I'm sure it won't be my first choice.

I came back after months of taking a break from Chipotle for poor service. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. They still rushing people through the lines. Girl poured the wrong salsa on my burrito and didn’t offer to fix it by making another one. My guacamole had a full avocado in it. And always left with a full onion taste in my salad. And they weren’t taking app orders so that was an inconvenience. Disappointing.
