The front desk woman was not very friendly. She called multiple times to ensure that we would be there, we confirmed multiple times that we would. She even called a minute before our appointment to confirm our appointment. We were already walking in. The nail techs rushed through the pedicures and manicures. They didn't bother to do any cuticle work and just pushed them back. Two of us got gel manicures and the gel was already coming off after a few days. The others got dip powder and it was put on too thick. When checking out, the front woman didn't know how to work the tablets and got frustrated easily. Another customer had come in to ask about getting her nails done that day and the front woman rolled her eyes and gave a little attitude. Overall, not very professional.

We looked at the reviews and seemed okay. It was a Saturday and we called last min to try to get in. They said they didn't have anything open. No big deal, weekends are busy. But we happened to be right next door for something else so we just walked in in hopes. They took us both (male and female) for mani/pedi. Well.... we won't be back. Within hours after, my clear coat (male) was peeling from several nails. Hers was chipping within hours. Within just a few days, all pretty much sucked. So we won't be back. Maybe other techs are better, but we're not talking the chance. Hope your visit is better. Maybe look for reviews of specific techs.

I tried this place 3 times. The 1st time it was just OK the 2nd time the man that did my manicure was very evident he did not want to do me and he said that he was not good but in actuality it was the best manicure. The 3rd time was today I left and infuriated had a manicure and pedicure and the lady just went through the motions seem to not care or listen to me at all and at the end had a poor attitude I literally have to go now and get another manicure somewhere else it was that was that bad. I've never left a bad tip in my life but today I left a small tip I will never be back. the only one that cares is the wonderful receptionist. Thank God she's there that's what's making that business stay open To add insult injury I just started physical therapy for my ankle and my physical therapist tells me that I need a pedicure after only having this done for 2 days ago. The pedicure is the very worst.i am infuriated that I spent $ 47 now I have to get another pedicure after only days later.

Horrible waxing service, i paid $100 for full leg. Originally priced $40 over the phone to get me in, once wax was completed I was told it would be $100.. no problem it was super late and after work the next day my fiancé noticed a strip of hair on the back and side of my leg. I laughed and said ill call them after thanksgiving which was the following day, we are on day 3. Called the spa for assistance and they told me no they cant help because everyone hair grows different and its already been a week……. Its be TWO DAYS. I didn't call on thanks giving .. well cause its thanks giving. So displeased with this location. Not really for the community and its disrespectful to my earned money to deny fixing their poor job.
