Ordered 3 meals. Got two drinks.when I told her I'm missing a drink she asked me what did I say twice before I had to slowly say that I ordered 3 meals and you gave me two drinks. Ordered online for pickup. Order has 5 items, ticket in the store has three. Order says three meals with a famous bowl, cookie and drink. I got 3 famous bowls, eventually 3 drinks... Can you guess what's missing? It wasn't even worth driving back. Never again.

Customer service was good but I ordered my food on the app to save time since I am working and only have 30 mins.. food was 15 after I arrived. Location is very under staffed

If Only Google map made a Negative ⭐, The worst feeling in the world when they serve you Unwillingly. There is a White woman Cracker on the Drive-thru of this KFC she Treats you like your Stupid and served me the MOST Disgusting Bucket of Slob Chicken Ive ever been served In My Life! Thank God for this app I could let you know what Really Goes On Here. They gave me half cooked chicken with the Original recipe off the chicken I took pictures bcuz its soo Gross 🤢🤮🤮 I spent Almost $50 for 16 Pieces of deep fried something 😳 Not looking like chicken Pieces. You know whats the Worst part This location is closets to my moms house, Now I have to drive Across Town to go to a Different KFC. The Biscuits are Rock Hard! The Gravy is Burnt. Omgggg......
