HORRIBLE service. Don’t come to this location. Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and food is uncooked. Taking wayy too long also. Closes before they’re supposed to. Needs new employees.

8pm lobby closed. People in Store cleaning. Door says open until 9! Never again! Burger King on turnpike closed before 730pm! Didn't even change the time on the sign. A bus load of baseball player will travel on.

It was drive thru fast food. The service was solid, quick and polite. The food was hot and there aren't any complaints.

past 3 yrs working close.I come for Lunch & never got a fresh made. I get a precooked burger & cheese isn't melted. Why is that? Past 3 times I've come u got ord wrong. 1 Double king, NOT sourdough DK? yesterday 1215pm #344. I want a fresh made DK!

David Venturo, I feel you on this I'm just about the same way don't want nothing precooked... The next time you go into Burger King and you get something that is precooked, ask for the manager right away

I'm not defending her or anything, but that could had being an accident. I did that once and I couldn't believe I did that. I am very careful all the time but years ago I had a lot going on including my father ill and I couldn't think straight and I said the same thing. There is someone here cause I panicked, but when I got out I appologize and the lady was sweet. I wonder what she was going through.

OFFICIALLY DONE!!! How can you wait for 10 min for your food and it ALL comes out COLD?!?! Annnd during the process, I pull up and smell BO only to be blown away by one of the worst BO smells EVER when the worker opens the window. Waste of money.

Just was told, at the drive-thru, at Union Deposit Rd, Harrisburg, that they were closed! Time I went thru was 11:30P! Went to Wendy's instead. Burger King lost my business with them! If you close at 11:30P, you should change your signs!
