Came here for dine-in only for a happy hour that was stated online… upon arriving we were informed there was no happy hour. When we first showed up, we stood up front for a while without seeing any employee traffic. Eventually an employee greeted us, assuming we were picking food up. We were seated in an area where other tables weren’t cleaned up. There was trash and left behind, food, and even some food and socks on the floor.. after being seated and after a long time waiting, our server returned. We just decided to get out of there. Haven’t had good Buffalo Wild Wings experience in the past, and never again do they get a chance.

I understand that we all have hard days, but every staff member acted bored and uninterested. The “greeter” didn’t even look up from his phone when we left. Plus, my son found hair in his Mac and cheese. We didn’t even get an apology for that.

If you dine here and would like for everyone st the table to eat at the same time be sure to tell them. They’ve implemented a ‘hot and ready’ meal policy; you get it when it’s ready. The food doesn’t disappoint.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the “night dawg” that’s supposed to have Cole slaw, ranch, and French fries on it. All I got was chicken tenders on a bun. We also ordered two chicken sandwiches and there was no pickles or mayo. We ordered cheese fries and didn’t even get them. Absolutely terrible, awful.
