If I could leave less than one star, I would. I've been dealing with a billing issue and service issue with this hotel. Poor customer service from the front desk person Eric. Four message left with manager no return call. Two messages left with the accounting person no return call. But best of all was Eric the front desk person’s statement, “ I don't know how to help you”. There are better hotels in the area please consider patronizing those establishments where you as a consumer will be respected

We got a handicap room (did not ask for it) on the third floor with a view of the rooftop of the restaurant complete with all the mechanical doodads. The rug was wet, the room was cold and damp and there was a strange gurgling noise that kept me up all night ( like being in an aquarium). I wanted to change rooms, but my husband was exhausted (we arrived really late) and was too tired to change and went straight to bed. When we checked out, the clerk asked how our stay was and I told her. She apologized, gave me a cookie and a Starbucks certificate (actually she offered us breakfast, but we did not have time). She said the manager would call me to discuss our stay, but THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Considering the room was a couple hundred bucks, you would think the room would have been better. It was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, it was not. In their reply: "We would have loved to know this when it happened so that we could have rectified the situation." You were told. You chose not to contact us (left my phone number and name). Guess you had no intention of any reparation for a sub-par room.

The most horrendous hotel I ever stayed at. The beds are small, the room I stayed in the bed mattress prongs were coming out, and very uncomfortable. Dust was everywhere, rug in room dirty, and not to mention the air-conditioning was not working. Maintenance had to come and fix...I wanted to move another room, but I was told they were booked, I can leave and be given a full refund. It's not so easy to leave and find another hotel when you have your small children. My experience was a whole mess. I will never stay at this hotel again. Usually I'm excited to stay at hotels as a frequent traveler, but I was so happy to return to my home. This hotel is close to restaurants, the mall, and other attractions, but don't waist your time and money, it's definitely not worth it.

We were able to check in very early, which was very nice due to the husband's golfing early. The rooms were clean but very plain. Meaning we had a deluxe suite, which was huge but minimally decorated and furnished. It was a nice, quiet hotel. The hot water ran out in about 3 minutes, then came back after a few minutes. Conveniently located to access roads and the mall. Probably a tinge overpriced but would stay again if in the area.

Hotel transportation is free and with frequent departures from its lobby. Also you call from where they left you and they look for you to return to the hotel, they do not take more than 10, 15 min normally, it has a radius of action around the hotel not only serves to go to the mall but to various places of interest that you need
