Definitely best laundromat in Cleveland! Never a broken washing machine or dryer, when there is (a washer had a leak today) the attendant is prompt and attentive. Laundry cards include cash and card transactions which is a bonus! No need to rush to the ATM to add to the laundry card. Dry is 25 cents for 7 minutes, and you can edit how long your dry is by how many times you swipe your card, which personally I like better than a free dry which leaves you no choice with the time and half done machines I'd someone is rushing out the door. Attendant is always helpful. Only downsides: No chairs, or benches. I have a heart condition where I cant stand for long periods of time and I have to wear my compression socks when I go here heads up to anybody with POTS. Bring a chair if you got mobility issues or you'll be sitting on the floor. Also, if you're in a wheelchair you'd definitely have to use the emergency exit as an entrance. There is a ramp to the door but the door has a bar in the middle, so if your chair is wide you're not getting in. Attendants are friendly though so I dont see it as a problem.

Clean place They do have a discounted day, Wednesdays 1$ off. Prices varies from 3.75 to 8$ First time, you gotta buy the card to use for the machines and it costs a 1$ and it's not mention anywhere, I had to ask their employee.

I am new to the area and had several things I needed to wash. The inside was clean and well kept. There is parking available in their parking lot. All of the machines were working. On Wednesday the prices are decreased. They have small to large washers depending on your needs. The staff, including Jamie, were extremely helpful. Clothes came out smelling clean and fresh. Also dryer was complimentary to use. I will definitely come back again.

A great place to wash if you can handle workers who are unprofessional. I used to wash clothing here, loved that you can use credit cards. That’s rare, but convenient. I kept to myself when I was here, however, I begin hearing from multiple people that a specific worker, heavy-set Hispanic female, would always yell out to customers in the establishment that a Black man was about to park in the lot, so they had better move their cars. I never had an accident, let alone knew this worker from a can of paint, however she felled compelled to sully my reputation because of her....never mind.
