The worst place to experience it has horrible customer service and the worst drivers to give you the food you ordered and I am being nice wait till I tell what they do when you are not looking I got cold pizza and was told I was credited back but was then two days later changed 3/4 more than my original purchase I am now in a war with this horrific franchise that I used to love

Am very disappointed on such an expensive medium pizza. It was overcooked and very little pineapple bits on it. It was such a a bad tasting pizza for the price($23.00).

This particular location on Sheldon was horrible. I placed my order online, per usual. I never received my order, no updates and i called over 20 times.. not one answer. I ended up having to contact customer service to be refunded. Which was the only thing i was offered after waiting for over 3hrs. Im highly disappointed, being a faithful customer for YEARS, & this order was for guest i had. I normally order from the Wallisille location which I never experienced a problem with them.

I’ve tried pizza from this specific franchise on 3 different occasions. Every time, they have put little to no sauce on the pizza. It’s just bread, cheese and toppings. It’s like they’re rationing tomato sauce. The pizza has been consistently dry. I could almost understand cutting back on toppings to save costs, but the tomato sauce is one of the least expensive ingredients.
