Good location. Right next door to a skating rink. The Skating rink was super fun. Hotel room was good for the price. Breakfast was okay. Seemed like they were trying to cut back on how much they were putting out.

Positive: Location is great and what we're used to. We've stayed at this location many times. Negative: Staff was in a hurry on checkout day to get into the room well before checkout time. On checkout day elevator had issues. It doesn't seem to be as well kept up and run as in the past. That said, it was still very clean and quiet for our purposes.

I am a Choice Privilege Memmber for years! My stay here was horrible! There were no working elevators and I had my 72 year old elderly mother with me whom is Handicapped and Disabled. We had to get her back home due to no working elevators. We had to take the stairs from the 2nd floor up and down everywhere we needed to go. Their was no hot breakfast! Only a waffle maker and sausage biscuits to be warmed in the microwave. The ice maker on the 2nd floor didn’t work. Had to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor for ice. There were no comment cards to fill out after they had a sign up requesting that you fill out a comment card on how they we’re doing. I felt as if you knew your elevators weren’t working they should’ve let their guest know in Advance. But as you can see money comes first. This was such a Big inconvenience to me and my family at a $250 stay. I’ve always chose Comfort Inn & Suites cause ain’t love their Quality and Hotels. One thing I must say housekeeping was great. Rooms were very clean!! I had been trying to reach a manager but no response was given. And no type of compensation was offered.

Customer service could most definitely improve, less time on cell phones/social media and more time focused on the job at hand. The experience was pretty bland, elevator was broken and I was placed on the top floor...breakfast could improve, by the time I got to breakfast there was 1 biscuit left, a family of 4 had helped themselves to all the food, and took a bunch with them after they finished eating.. how inconsiderate, explains why they were all obese... no one came out to restock or check food quality, several other guests after me also didn't get a breakfast or compromised for a fruit bar, obese family didn't take any of the healthy food obviously...left other guest having to scavenge through the left over snacks available. Overall, at the very least, the room was semi comfy, cleanliness could improve, stepped on a big roach in the bathroom.
