First time in a Jack in the Box. Stopped for quick breakfast. Young lady taking orders was very efficient and very friendly. Food was hot and good portions. Would have easily been 5 stars but cleanliness of floors, tables and washroom was sadly lacking.

Coming from Canada I wanted to try the sourdough jack with curly fries and pop combo. I wasn't expecting to pay $15 USD ($20 CAD). Granted it was delicious but way too pricey for what it is.

I made a mobile ordered 1 hour before closing. (According to google, website, and the drive through sign.) We pulled up to the drive through to pick it up. The employee told us they were closed. We said we submitted a mobile order and asked if we could please get a refund because we didn’t realize they were closed. No response. We pulled up to the window. 2 employees immediately looked at us. We sat there for over 7 minutes before someone came to the window and yelled “we’re closed.” My husband said we submitted a mobile order, and asked for a refund. The employee rudely said “you have to get it on the app.” I said I checked and it doesn’t show an option for that. He said “you’ll just have to come back tomorrow then. We’re closed.” I said, I would have appreciated it he would have told us at the speaker. He said “I did, I told you we were closed.” At this point my hands were shakey because I hate confrontation. I said, no I meant that we didn’t know we couldn’t get a refund, and that if we would have known that we wouldn’t have stayed waiting. He then looked at the screen and recalled our order and said he could make it. My husband politely denied and said we don’t want to be a bother, we just didn’t know about the refund. The employee said that it wouldn’t be trouble. We then heard him loudly venting to the other employee. I still don’t know why they closed an hour early, as they didn’t say. Also, you could see the employ’s butt. Like half of it. The top half was covered by his shirt, but you could see the bottom half. I have no words for that.

Absolutely worst costumer experience ever, I've been going hear my entire life and other than a few understandable times it has always been great. However tonight the only employee I saw was extremely rude and sighed at me when I asked for a moment to decide and hear my fiance's order. By the extremely long time it took to get our food that was obviously ready by the taunting two drinks and bag of food sitting on a shelf in clear sight that was withheld from us for almost 10 minutes while the employee unpackaged dipping sauces Infront of us! By the time we hurried out of there we didn't even eat the food because of how concerned we were that he had spit in it, his hygiene was ridiculously under the acceptable limit. I worked in the food business for 5 years and the hygiene I saw today and today only would warrant the unemployment of said employee immediately. Other than tonight we've had great experiences and will continue to come back however if said employee is working we will be leaving immediately.
