Took my tiny new puppy here to find a small enough collar for her and the girls here where. Extremely helpful and pleasant. My dogs love the baked treats and the selection in this little store is better than the big stores. So many choices of food, toys and pet supplies it is the perfect place to get all your pet needs and wants.

We (my dog and I) love it here! Every staff member I’ve met is beyond helpful and friendly—you can’t NOT feel welcome when you walk in. They have a great selection of toys, food, treats, etc. for both dogs and cats. The staff helped me find a food that works well for our German shepherd who was allergic to the other foods we had tried. The icing on the cake is that it’s a local business, which I’m always happy to support! I will add, after seeing a negative review over their mask policies, that I’m grateful to Firehouse Pet Shop for providing a safe place to shop for our pets during this time by following state guidelines. They make it super easy by having signs posted at the entry as well as masks and hand sanitizer available for everyone. They also offer delivery AND curbside pickup as additional options. Thank you, Firehouse, for keeping your patrons and employees safe!

Love this place! They have a wide variety of cat food and the staff is very helpful. My cat is a picky eater and the staff offered 6 samples for her to try.

Came in here to just get a couple cat toys for our new kitty we adopted. The staff here let us know we would get a welcome home package for the kitty for free. Every single person who helped us in here was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to give you the correct information. Everyone here really does want to help you and your animals. First time here and would have to say some of the best customer service I have experienced in a good minute. This is a our new stop for our cat needs, there is a reason this place is liked by so many.
