Should have listened to the comments. Customer service was the worst, on April 9 at 8:30 P.M. this short type blond, red hair, decide to be very rude to my family after we hadn’t done anything. We were waiting for service and Bobby very nicely helped us out. However the lady came up to us and yelled at us. I ask her to please not talk to my family in that way we weren’t doing nothing wrong. If it were possible I would rate this a zero, this rude women really made the experience at the town really horrible. I had asked her for her name to report her since it was very unbelievable the way she treated us, she refused to though since she knew she was in the wrong.

After what just happened to me I will NEVER use the delivery service offered online through this company! 33 dollars for medication that never got delivered and cvs is telling me that they have no information on the company that delivers for them. Unbelievable! So I paid for my medication, paid for delivery and now I'm just out of luck about the situation. Disgraceful! Cvs should be held responsible because I would have never knew about delivery had you not suggested it! There was no problem taking my money!

Just came from here and let me tell you I been shopping here for a long time and it shows that there's been a change of management! The male manager was super rude...if you don't like dealing with coupons or if you don't know the CVS coupon policy you should not be at the register or the manager for that matter..I've always loved CVS but if this is how I'm gonna get treated spending my hard earned money and CVS coupons then I guess it's time to switch to walgreens...
