took robe on Saturday to reduce length to my knee instead of feet. Charged me $32 took 2 business days. The robe looks like a 5 year old got a pair of scissors and tried to cut straight across. It was uneven. If I had wanted it done that way could have cut it for free at home.. the point of a tailor is to make it look good not cut it any old way could have done that myself and bought lunch with 32 dollars. Waste of money worst tailor I've ever seen. Glad I didn't bring her anything important like work clothes. Unreal

I was a first time customer. I came in last minute (sorry Ms. Kathy) with a custom bridesmaid gown that no longer fit. Ms. Kathy was able to alter/add in a corset within 24 hours and my dress was ready for pickup by the time I had to fly out for the wedding. She did all of this over the holiday break. I took my Mother of the Bride dress in for a lot of alterations. Both shoulders had sequin patches on them that had to be removed so they could take the shoulders up 3-4 inches. The hem had to be taken up by 4-5 inches. The dress was covered in layers of chafion. They did an excellent job. The dress fits perfectly.
