I always use the app when ordering and I have never had an issue with this Pizza Hut. No saying that it will never happen but it hasn't happened to me yet. The food is always hot when I pick it up. To me the register area and the area to the right of the register always seems a bit "crowded" and things are usually always sitting there. This area could use a clean up. Not very appealing to the customers point of view. All in all it's a great Pizza Hut.

They have a good Sunday buffet. Food is hot & they keep the pizza bar full at all times along with pasta. Good selection of both pizza, pasta & deserts. They also have a salad bar which was fresh. Customer service was ok. They could use a few more waiters during the lunch & supper time . Especially on Sunday Place was packed but clean. I noticed that the employees on duty today all had nice attitudes & ask if we had a special requests because it's hard to put out every kind of pizza's they sell. We wanted the chicken Alfredo & buffalo chicken. The cook was fast & let us know when he brought it out. Like said earlier customer service was awesome. Just need more of them.

Had 300 rewards points that I redeemed for a free large pizza. I wanted some of the packages of parm and red peppers, but I didn't know they had changed to plastic shake containers, for 99 cents each. I was told this, but the employee gave me both as a one time no charge. The new packaging makes it a lot easier to put the amount of parm and peppers you want (instead of tearing open a packet and possibly not using it all). So they are definitely worth the 99 cents each!

Went into the reaturant to look at menu sat down at a table deciding if we wanted to dine in or carey out the waitress aaked if we wanted to order explained to her we were deciding still on dining in or carey out we would let her know when we made up our minds. She was rude and continued to aak us every few 2-4 minutes if we were going to order or not to the point we ended up just leaving..she seemed so put out by us being at a table and not ready to place an order...no customer service skills at all...if waiting on customers is a pain maybe yoy shouldnt be a waitress...
