My steak and cheese was delicious. There are so many sandwich options and topping options. Also, the customer service was excellent with really nice staff who bring the food to you and greet you. The inside of the store was pretty clean as well. This was my first time trying firehouse and I have to say that it was well worth it and a great experience. I got the steak and cheese on wheat with everything that comes on it and added lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions, oil and vinegar, and oregano. Not trying to be dramatic but that was the best steak sandwich I've ever eaten.

For me, happiness is a hot corned beef or pastrami sandwich. The New York Steamer sub had both meats, melted provolone and a delicious combination of mustard, mayo and Italian dressing. Can't get any better than that. My glasses were all fogged up from the cold, so Ryan helped me pick the perfect combo for me. Service was great. My sandwich was brought to my table and three members of the staff stopped by to check to see that everything was okay in the twenty minutes or so it took me to eat. I expected good food, but it was so nice to feel so pampered.
