Working on a very short time frame, Ken did an amazing job taking the photos from my husband's life, adding music, and creating a DVD for my husband's 60th birthday. I was so pleased with the final product -- and my husband and our guests LOVED the DVD. This artistic, well-produced DVD will be a family treasure forever. Thanks to Video to DVD and Ken for making my vision an even-better reality!

Exceptional service! I wanted all my family photos & videos transferred to both DVD disks & flash drives. The owner Ken carefully explained the entire process & cost. I felt confident placing my order & was extremely satisfied with the quality of the transfers.

Ken did a great job converting my dad's 22 year old VHS and 8mm home movies to DVD and .MP4 format. The were the only copies of my 11 years deceased father I had, so it was important that I gave it to someone that I trusted. Not only with the care of the tapes, but to also get the most footage out of them that he could, all while still being a great value. Some places just push play and walk away, and Ken checked at 2, 4, and 6 hour intervals to make sure that I wasn't paying to convert old VCR recordings of Dynasty and Knott's Landing. I've very happy with the finished product and would higly recommend Video to DVD to anyone thinking of using his services!

Video to DVD, with Ken, Alex and their staff are absolutely amazing!! They are experts in video transfer, editing and production. Before I found Video to DVD, I had a terrible experience with another heavily advertised company in the UT ( 6 VHS tapes to DVD for $39.00 ). I took 40 plus VHS tapes to this company and was promised DVDS, as good as, or better than my old VHS tapes . The promised DVDS were WORSE than my old original VHS tapes! The center portion of each new DVD was “pixelated” and blurred. They agreed to redo a few, but could not change the outcome. They had no explanation as to why this happened and would only give me a partial refund. So, I started over with Video to DVD and what an incredible difference! Ken and Alex showed me all their equipment (they can even play and convert BETA tapes) and played one of my tapes so I could see what it would like on the DVD. They actually monitor the transfer process and adjust the equipment to produce a DVD better than my original old tape! The other company was a “sweatshop” like atmosphere, with lots of desks set up with people processing orders. Their equipment was not visible to the customer. Video to DVD are the consummate experts with patience, fast turn around time ( as opposed to 6 weeks for the other company )and superb customer service. They saved my memories and can save yours too!!

VHS to DVD how much and how much time will it take!!

Butch Fulgencio | Aug 21, 2019

Hi Butch, thanks for the question! The starting rate is $18.99 for a single vhs tape up to 2 hours long. Tapes longer than 2 hours are prorated. Typical turn around time is 3-5 business days, but single tapes can be done same day or next day; just ask. We have volume discounts for multiple tapes as well, with the lowest discount being $10.99/tape for over 50 tapes.

I have a video tape that could also use some “cleaning up”. Can you do that also? 2). I also have an audio cassette tape that I would like to have digitized. It may also need some editing (boost bass etc).

Yes, they clean up audio and video. Get a digital file evaluate the transfer. If needed have it cleaned up. Most time the pro equipment makes is a huge difference.
