Just mentioning "Domino's" invokes anger and a nauseating feeling in the pit of my stomach. I've never been so disgusted with an establishment as much as I am about this particular location. Where to begin when the vast array of multiple problems can over just about every aspect imaginable. Let's start simple and then move on to more detailed issues. This individual branch has not had delivery or hot spot pick-up locations available to customers for over a month already. The last time they had delivery available I had attempted to redeem my "piece of the pie rewards" points for a free medium 2-topping pizza as well as use a gift card I had received for a portion of my bill payment f. After multiple failed attempts to process this order online I called the store to inquire about the problem. I was told they were having problems with processing gift card payments since I was informed by the employee that answered the phone that this had been a problem with another customer a little earlier that same day. He offered to try to process my order along with the gift card payment manually over the phone for me. I was ordering 2 pizzas that evening, 1 being my free rewarded points pizza. After ordering the other pizza first I went on to explain the next pizza I was ordering was my "free" pizza, to my surprise can ONLY be redeemed/ordered ONLINE, where they were experiencing technical issues. So no pizza for dinner that night. The time I ordered from there just previous to this incident it took almost 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. While I was periodically glancing at the pizza tracker function online I was able to watch the delivery driver make multiple stops en route to my location delivering other orders as well. That was not the problem, the problem arose when the driver was within LESS THAN 1 MILE of my place of residence and the tracker informed me to "watch for the driver to be pulling up soon". Except instead I watched the driver turn at the road just before mine and head 6 minutes away to another delivery location before driving the 6 minutes back from wherever he went to deliver my food over 15inutes later than it necessarily should've taken. Upon receiving a very burnt yet cold pizza the driver also forgot the 2 liter of soda that was supposed to be with my order. Since those 2 incidents happened everytime I try to order delivery online I kept getting an error pop up window informing me "delivery is currently unavailable" and to choose a future delivery date and time before continuing with my order. I have the option to pick a date but there are no timeslots to choose from. After encountering this problem 4 or 5 separate instances over the span of roughly 3 weeks I took it upon myself to call the store directly and find out exactly what the problem was, for instance maybe the website was malfunctioning. I was optimistically incorrect because I learned that it was the entire establishment that was malfunctioning. I was told they don't have anyone to deliver for them and that they were working on hiring a driver. However that was over a month ago and they still are not offering delivery because I attempted to order delivery tonight and found out the same issues haven't been resolved. If it wasn't for the utter lack of delivery options available to where I frequently visit friends I wouldn't even bother to make the attempt to order from here at all. Very poorly ran, and personally I think corporate office should step in and take over to rectify all the problematic areas or possibly to shut down the store semi-permanently until it can be properly ran and fully functional again.

Arrived late and was burned in many spots. My children don’t eat char-coal

Have not ordered from here in so long, decided to tonight and was shocked. Food was here so fast and piping hot! Great job!

On my way home late tonight and everything was closed so I stopped in. Special was a large pizza $7.99 with a couple of toppings. I went all cheese because I like a plain Pie. Have to say I was quite impressed, haven't had Domino's in years. We have three real pizzerias in our town and I would put them at number 2 for pizza. It was only one person at the time working the place but there were drivers going in and out. Got the Pizza out in a timely manor. Can't really say more, it's Dominos 😂 Can't go wrong here, and they do stay open late.
