Silver Strand Military Housing is the best military housing I have lived in. The landscape is inviting, the atmosphere is friendly, pets are welcomed, maintenance is always there to help within the same day, and everyone who works here is amazing and polite. ❤️ I have lived in military housing before and it was no where near the experience I have had here! So glad we were able to move here! ❤️

By far one of my best military housing experiences. The staff went and continues to go above and beyond to accommodate our family during our PCS. The homes have been well maintained and my carpet looks new. They made us feel like famIly, immediately. Always have great community and family events! By far the BEST housing you can live in!!

We have had a really positive experience living in this neighborhood. The community events are great and there are a lot to choose from every month. The staff in the office and the maintenance staff have been very helpful and friendly in addressing any concerns we have. The location and schools cannot be beat!

Love this community! The staff at the office is friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The maintenance staff is SO quick! The motherboard on the water heater failed this morning and within 12 minutes of reporting the issue, the staff was here to fix it! When my smoke detector went out, it was about 4 minutes until it was changed out completely. We have been here just over a month and I was very apprehensive about moving into housing, Silver Strand has 💯 percent changed my mind! The house is updated, the storage is plentiful, and the kitchen counter space and sink is/are huge! This is a wonderful place to live, we ❤️ It!!
