The clerks here treated my wife like a queen. My wife doesn't usually enjoy shopping for clothing in stores for many and varied reasons. Upon departing Torrid, she proclaimed she had a great time, was treated well, and will return again.

Super friendly staff helped out a ton. Was able to find a few things for a family member with little hassle. A bit more expensive than I'd like, but that's not the employee's faults, they were fantastic.

I’ve never set foot inside of a Torrid. I shop online on their website about once a week. I went to this location to do some returns. The ladies were pretty nice when I walked in. They processed my return quickly. After I browsed the store. They asked if I needed anything and seemed interested in helping. The inventory seemed to be lacking a bit, lots of 3-4X sizes not many 1-2.
